In this first week, you’ll create a vision of who you want to be and the life you want to live. You’ll identify what’s been keeping you stuck and how you can begin to make simple shifts to live a life of alignment.

When was the last time you thought about what you need? Most mamas haven’t. This week you’ll be guided through a framework to identify your needs and explore how different needs elicit different emotions. You’ll have an opportunity to create a flexible plan to prioritize YOU and your needs.

This week you’ll begin to dive into gaining a better understanding of yourself by exploring your daily stressors to gain a deeper awareness of your window of tolerance & capacity.

This week you will learn what safety looks like/feels like, and how to access your calm through the lens of mindfulness to help you become grounded and patient in the midst of challenging moments. You’ll create tangible next steps rooted in mindfulness that feel aligned to your intentions and how you WANT to show up.

This week we’ll explore how to embody self-empathy and compassion in place of guilt. You’ll learn how to replace guilt as you practice self-compassion in challenging situations.

Many mamas struggle setting boundaries because they’re unclear about what theirs are. This week you’ll explore how to establish loving and firm boundaries that are aligned to your values and needs.

Now that you’re able to embody safety and calm, you are able to show up with a clearer lens during challenging moments with your child(ren). This week we’ll explore how to embody self-empathy and compassion in place of guilt.

As mamas, we often struggle with communicating mindfully due to mental exhaustion and being tapped out. This can be even more challenging in moments of tension and after. Using the principles of non-violent communication, we will explore root causes of your triggers and mindful ways to respond using my signature CONNECTed Conversations framework to help you communicate more clearly and effectively.

Using my signature GROW Together framework you will learn how you can mindfully respond, instead of react, in the midst of challenging moments in life and motherhood.

Have you heard the phrase: Sometimes you need to slow down to speed up? This week we’ll explore how you can practice mindfulness in life and motherhood by intentionally incorporating mindful moments into your everyday life.

Are you amazed at how much you’ve grown since you began this journey? This week we’ll explore how you can create a life you love by doing MORE of what you want to do and LESS of what you think you “should” be doing.

As you close out your 12 weeks, you’ll explore how you can find rhythm and flow in life and motherhood.
Reflect on your growth, look back on the intentions you set, make commitments to how you will show up as a more present & mindful individual and mama, and create expansive beliefs about who you are as a Mindful Mama.
